Student Testimonials / Where are they now?

With the support of Marino College, I have secured a job with Swissport as a Passenger Services Agent. I’m responsible for check-in and boarding for many airlines. The knowledge I gained from the course really helped me to secure this role.
Alexandria | Class of 2021/2022
While studying Travel & Tourism at Marino College, I successfully secured a role in Travel Department (travel agency) as a Sales Executive. I book trips, handle customer queries, both over the phone and face-to-face, and so much more. I am thrilled to have succeeded and secured this role with such a brilliant company, and would not have had the opportunity without Marino College”
Christina | Class of 2021/22
Since I graduated I started my aviation career in Swissport as a Customer Service Agent, where I was successful in getting promoted to Customer Service Lead agent. I worked mostly on the likes of British Airways, Finnair, Vuelling, Emirates...the list goes on. After 6 months in that position, I applied for Customer Service Supervisor within the same company in which I am happy to say that I was successful. I worked on the same products but was a lot more office based, dealing with customers complaints, dealing with the airline representatives at the airport, etc
